Connected Families is a parent-directed advocacy and support group for families caring for someone with a developmental disability. Our aim is to inspire, encourage, educate and empower families. Our vision is to bring together our community of caregivers and to share our strengths and wisdom. We have information on support services, and programs offered throughout the area. We offer a drop-in center once a month for families every 2nd Saturday. We do set up occasional workshops on specific information. We guide families through the system.
